The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and hitting sales targets. You will model leadership behaviors, supervise daily operations, and ensure accurate cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.

This role requires retail experience, flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and special events, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion within a prestige beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred in cosmetics.
• Cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation experience.
• Coaching/mentoring experience desirable.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Adapt to retail hours including events and busy periods.
