Job summary

Dry Goods is seeking a thoughtful Keyholder to support the management team in daily store operations. You will help create a welcoming shopping experience by greeting customers, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean, visually appealing store.

You will open and close the store, unpack stock, train new hires, and develop relationships to grow the business. The role requires day, evening, and weekend shifts and offers benefits, a merchandise discount, and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or fashion environment is helpful.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience by greeting customers and ensuring a friendly, helpful environment.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and meet individual sales goals.
• Develop relationships to grow the business.
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create an exceptional customer experience.
• Unpack and display stock to keep the floor fresh and organized.
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store.
• Assist with new hire training and onboarding.
• Open and close the store for business and ensure security.
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
