Dry Goods, a family-owned fashion retailer, is seeking a Dry Goods Keyholder to support the management team with store operations and to deliver one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting sales floor.

You will greet customers, execute duties of a sales associate, highlight products, unpack stock, open and close the store, and assist with training.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
