Dry Goods is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will build relationships with shoppers, share product knowledge, and help maintain an inviting, well-presented store environment.

As a key member of the team, you will open and close the store, assist with training, and work day, evening, and weekend shifts while supporting management in daily tasks and store initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
