Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking a friendly and proactive Keyholder to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and help create an exciting and inviting shopping environment. Responsibilities include owning the customer experience, meeting sales goals, training new hires, opening/closing the store, unpacking and displaying stock, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to meet sales goals and work toward accounts.
• Strong product knowledge and relationship-building skills.
• Able to operate store processes and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
