Dry Goods is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to support the management team with store operations, focusing on building relationships, sharing product knowledge, and keeping the store fresh and inviting.

As a Keyholder, you will greet customers, drive sales, unpack stock, train new hires, and open/close the store, with day, evening, and weekend shifts to fit the needs of the business and its customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
