Job summary

Dry Goods is seeking a Keyholder to support management in delivering outstanding customer service and drive store performance. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and ensure a clean, inviting environment that reflects the latest fashions.

You will help unpack stock, display merchandise, and train new staff while partnering with management to meet sales targets. A positive attitude and flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience from greeting to thank-you.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and meet personal sales goals.
• Develop relationships to grow business and drive repeat visits.
• Highlight product knowledge to create exceptional customer experiences.
• Unpack and display stock to keep shelves organized.
• Maintain a visually appealing, clean store environment.
• Assist with new hire training and onboarding.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
