Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Apply listening and communication skills to coach team members.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment.
• Contribute ideas to innovate the retail experience.
