Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or contemporary fashion with a strong foundation in styling and clienteling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized styling and client service to reflect the Veronica Beard experience.
• Meet individual sales goals by converting in-store traffic and generating business.
• Build and manage an active client book through outreach and follow-up.
• Develop knowledge of collections, fit, and styling to drive sales.
• Stay current on fashion trends to help clients build cohesive wardrobes.
• Lead by example on the floor and mentor Sales Associates.
• Communicate daily priorities and organize floor coverage.
• Provide coaching on selling, styling, and clienteling.
