Job summary

L’Oréal USA's Kiehl's brand is seeking a Keyholder to assist the Store Manager in hitting sales targets while delivering superior customer service and maintaining a neat, organized store and optimal product presentation.

We value retail or cosmetic experience, analytical thinking, and basic computer skills. Candidates must be 18+, able to work 2 weekend shifts and 2 closing shifts weekly, and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Retail and cosmetic experience preferred.
• Analytical skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a best in class experience to customers.
• Upholds standards of customer service excellence.
• Leader in productivity.
• Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts.
• Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Perform open and close procedures for the store.
• Provide training to new store employees.
• Effectively execute visual directives, education selling tools and customer service standards.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
