Job summary

Kiehl’s is seeking a dedicated Keyholder at a L’Oréal USA store in the United States. You will assist the Store Manager to reach sales goals, deliver personalized customer service, and maintain an organized store presentation.

The role emphasizes leadership in operations, training, and adherence to brand standards. Requirements include retail or cosmetic experience, strong communication, and the ability to work 2 closing shifts and 2 weekends per month.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cosmetics experience preferred.
• Analytical skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a best in class experience to customers.
• Upholds standards of customer service excellence.

• Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts.
• Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team.

• Provide training to new store employees.
• Execute visual directives and customer service standards.
