Job summary

Kiehl’s, a part of L’Oréal Luxe, is seeking a Keyholder to assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help maintain brand presentation, train new staff, and execute daily store operations to support our business strategy.

The role requires 18+ eligibility to work in the U.S., HS diploma, and willingness to work two closing shifts weekly plus two full weekends monthly. Bilingual candidates are welcome for added value.

Qualifications

• Retail or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Prior key holder experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical skills helpful.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Authorization to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship offered.
• Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and individual targets.
• Provide superior customer service standards and develop customer relationships for repeat business.
• Execute short and long term plans to support store business strategy.
• Maintain neat and organized store and ensure product/brand presentation.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and uphold service standards.
• Provide training to new store employees and lead by example.
• Perform open and close procedures for the store.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
