Job summary

Kiehl's Since 1851 in New York, NY is seeking a Keyholder to assist the Store Manager in meeting sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service. You will help execute the store’s business strategy, ensure product presentation, and support brand standards at the point of sale.

Ideal candidates have retail/cosmetic experience, strong communication, and the ability to work shifts including weekends. This role requires 18+ with legal US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Prior key holder experience preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Communication skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.
• Preferred: Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin.

• Effectively execute visual directives, education selling tools and customer service standards
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
