Job summary

Kiehl’s Since 1851 is seeking a friendly Keyholder to support the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes product presentation, brand standards, opening/closing procedures, and training new staff to maintain a best-in-class store experience.

The candidate should have retail or cosmetic experience, strong communication skills, and be willing to work two closing shifts and two full weekends per month.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Prior key holder experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Delivers best-in-class experience to customers.
• Upholds customer service standards.
• Leads productivity and supports store goals.
• Maintains attendance and punctuality for shifts.
• Assists Store Manager in achieving sales goals.
