Job summary

Kiehl's Since 1851 is seeking a Keyholder in Seattle to join our store leadership team. You will assist the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor and in day-to-day operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, retail and cosmetics experience, and strong communication skills. Flexibility is needed to cover 2 closing shifts weekly and 2 full weekends per month.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service; keyholder preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis required; no immigration sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities
