Job summary

Torrid is seeking a proactive Keyholder to support store management in a fast-paced fashion retail environment in Conyers, GA. You will help drive KPI achievement while delivering exceptional customer service and a welcoming store experience.

As the Keyholder, you’ll assist with merchandising, manage register functions, and step in as Manager on Duty during absences, with a schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to meet KPI goals
• Model Torrid Connection selling skills and customer service
• Assist with merchandise strategies and maintain inviting store environment
• Handle register functions and drive add-on sales
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is out
• Maintain a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
