Qualifications

• Previous specialty apparel retail management experience with proven leadership and sales success.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to meet KPIs and store objectives.
• Demonstrate Torrid selling skills and customer service to build loyalty.
• Assist with merchandising strategies and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Handle register duties and drive add-on sales through product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is unavailable.
