Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of specialty retail and clienteling success.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Effective communication and relationship-building with clients, peers and management.
• Entrepreneurial, sales-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and deliver exceptional client service while meeting sales and client data capture targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and after-sales service.
• Support daily operations including opening/closing registers, returns/exchanges, inventory tasks, visual maintenance, and consignments.
• Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events, and support the sales team through coaching and training.
• Follow store policies and uphold operational standards.
