Job summary

Brobston Group in New Jersey is seeking a Selling Keyholder to assist customers on the floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms, helping drive sales and store performance with friendly, proactive service.

You will support opening and closing procedures, maintain merchandising standards, process transactions and cash, protect assets, and provide reliable oversight when leadership is unavailable, while staying compliant with safety rules and store policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and handle cash accurately.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and support their needs on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
• Prepare and process merchandise, including tagging, ticketing, price changes, damages, and stock receipt and dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe selling floor and stockroom.
• Protect company assets and follow operational procedures.
• Assist with store opening and closing standards and provide supplemental oversight when needed.
