Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Keyholder for the North Georgia Premium Outlet in Atlanta to serve as a brand ambassador, support store operations and deliver exceptional client experiences.

The role focuses on achieving sales and clientelling KPIs while executing daily tasks, coaching the sales team, and participating in events. You will help maintain visual standards and manage inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of specialty retail with a proven track record in clientelling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships with clients and peers.
• Entrepreneurial, sales-focused personality with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional client experience and promote the Retail Excellence Program
• Meet and exceed sales goals and client data capture targets
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships and after-sales service
• Support daily store operations including opening and closing registers
• Perform visual maintenance and inventory tasks throughout the day
• Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges
• Develop and support business-driving initiatives, contests, and events
• Coach and train sales team members and support ongoing development
