Kontoor Brands is seeking a Brand Experience/Customer Service associate for our Indiana store. You will deliver exceptional in-store service, engage customers, assist with fitting rooms, and promote products aligned with Wrangler, Lee and Helly Hansen brands.

Responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising, handling transactions, supporting opening/closing, and contributing to weekly sales targets while promoting the rewards program for loyalty enrollment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum availability of 30 hours per week including one weekend day and rotating holidays.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with stocking and store tasks.

Responsabilités

• Ensure excellence in customer service and in-store experience.
• Initiate conversations with customers, build relationships, and suggest products.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and promote loyalty enrollment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the floor stocked.
• Handle transactions, cash, and POS with accuracy; follow policies.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and support training of new team members.
• Meet personal sales targets and contribute to store performance.
