Kontoor Brands is seeking a brand experience associate to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage customers, assist with fitting rooms, and guide purchases that meet their needs while promoting the rewards program.

Learn product trends, maintain visual merchandising, and support daily store operations including opening/closing and POS transactions. The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication with customers.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs and perform light manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in-store and build relationships with customers.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and suggest products based on needs.
• Promote rewards program and drive loyalty sign-ups.
• Learn about products and trends to engage customers effectively.
• Meet personal sales targets and contribute to store performance.
