Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Store Associate to deliver premium in-store service for Wrangler, Lee and Helly Hansen brands at our New York area location. You will greet customers, assist fitting rooms, and recommend products.

You will promote the rewards program, stay current on product trends, maintain visual standards, and help hit weekly sales targets while ensuring a safe, organized store.

Qualifications

• Provide premium in-store customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Engage customers with product recommendations and cross-sell to meet sales targets.
• Stay informed on product features, specs, and trends to assist customer decisions.

Responsibilities
