Kontoor Brands is seeking a Brand Experience/Customer Service associate to deliver exceptional in-store experiences for Wrangler®, Lee®, and Helly Hansen® customers in Asheville. You will engage customers, showcase product benefits, and guide fitting-room experiences while supporting daily store operations.

Grow brand loyalty by promoting rewards and delivering personalized service. You will collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and uphold visual standards in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong sales orientation and ability to drive loyalty and add-on purchases.
• Knowledge of products and features to advise customers effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse customers.
• Ability to work within a team and support store leadership.

Responsabilités

• Uphold in-store standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Engage customers, identify needs, and recommend products.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and process transactions accurately.
• Promote loyalty programs and achieve enrollment goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising, stock levels, and store cleanliness.
• Support opening/closing duties and daily store operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and mentor new team members.
