• Create a warm, upbeat and inclusive vibe in the shop.

• Greet and engage every customer that enters the shop.
• Prioritize customer engagement over other tasks.
• Follow up with customers beyond the initial greeting.
• Proactively find solutions for customer requests.
• Lead customer interactions rather than wait for engagement.
• Answer questions with thoughtful responses and avoid single-word replies.
• Anticipate needs and address them proactively.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge and share stories to encourage sales.
• Personalize interactions with thoughtful product knowledge.
• Troubleshoot issues and delegate to team when needed.
• Restock, remerchandise, and keep the store clean.
• Process returns, store credit, and gift cards.
• Restock floor and organize backstock; manage Shopkeep quantities.
• Keep register clean and accessible; assist with gift wrapping.
