Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or supervisor in a retail environment.
• Merchandising experience organizing and presenting products that are visually appealing.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a service mindset.
• Must be 21 for Liquor sales
• Position requires flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet store guests and offer assistance to provide quality guest service.
• Consistently practice suggestively selling to increase sales with open-ended questions.
• Be knowledgeable about store products, promotions, KPI goals, and new products.
• Meet presentation standards, stock, restock, and rotate product as needed.
• Follow appearance standards and dress code.
• Process all transactions accurately in the cash register system.
• Complete store paperwork and procedures for operations.
• Recognize security risks and protect store assets.
• Follow laws and company policies for operations, timekeeping, and HR.
• Work as a team with staff to achieve store goals and a positive environment.
