Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking a Keyholder to support store leadership in delivering exceptional service and a clean, inviting shopping environment.

You will model friendly, proactive engagement with customers and help drive sales goals. You’ll help develop product knowledge, assist with training, open and close the store, maintain merchandising standards, and contribute to a welcoming, team‑oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
