Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Georgia LLC is seeking a friendly Third Keyholder to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with merchandise selection, and manage sales transactions on the floor and at the register.

You will support the Store Manager with daily operations, maintain accurate inventory, assist with deliveries and replenishment, and help keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming for all customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: retail or grocery management preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in a positive manner and handle inquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked shelves and organize merchandise.
• Assist in unloading deliveries and transferring stock from stockroom to store.
• Support Store Manager with daily operations and asset protection.
• Open/close store in absence of Store Manager or ASM and manage deposits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
