Torrid in Onalaska, WI is seeking a United States Keyholder to support store management in daily operations and deliver a premier shopping experience. You will assist in achieving KPIs, lead sales efforts, and ensure merchandise strategies are executed while keeping the store clean and inviting.

The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment with a focus on fashion trends and exceptional customer service. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience in a similar role.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering great customer experience.
• Retail and fashion are changing; adapt to environment and schedules.
• Be fashion focused and stay on top of trends.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in achieving company objectives and KPI goals.
• Demonstrate selling skills and customer service to foster loyalty.
• Support merchandise strategies while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions and drive add-on sales using product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is out.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
