Rothy’s in West Palm Beach is hiring a Keyholder - Full-Time to lead through service-first culture on the sales floor and support store operations. You’ll model the Rothy’s Experience, coach peers, and serve as Manager on Duty to uphold brand standards and values during shifts.

You are 18+, with 1–2 years in retail or customer service, leadership inclination, and ability to stand, lift up to 25 lbs, and work 40 hours/week including peak days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in retail or customer service.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 25 lbs.
