Job summary

Family Dollar in Bulls Gap, Tennessee is seeking a Third Keyholder to support store operations and customer service. You will assist the Store Manager with daily activities, maintain inventory, and help manage deliveries and replenishment while ensuring a clean and inviting store environment.

Responsibilities include guiding team members on store procedures, greeting customers, resolving inquiries, and processing transactions.

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments

Responsibilities

• Guide store team on Family Dollar operating practices and procedures.
• Greets, assists and thanks customers in a positive manner; answer questions and resolve inquiries.
• Handle situations with customer and company interests in mind.
• Increase basket size through suggestive selling and promoting promotions.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and organized shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service and protect assets.
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and stocking from stockroom to store.
• Support opening/closing duties and cash handling in absence of managers.
• Complete position-based training timely and follow company policies.
