Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Third Keyholder to provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with merchandise selection, and complete sales transactions using the POS system. The role supports daily store operations, inventory management, deliveries, and replenishment while ensuring a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities include guiding team members, handling customer inquiries, promoting add-on items, and assisting in opening/closing duties when needed.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, grocery, or drug store experience preferred.
