Job summary

Follett Higher Education is seeking a full-time team member to receive, price, and stock merchandise across campus stores while assisting Team Members in store operations. You will help manage training and ensure compliance, acting as leader on duty when the Store Manager is unavailable and assisting with opening and closing procedures.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and includes duties aimed at driving sales while maintaining store safety and security.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift 25-50 pounds and move merchandise.
• Basic computer skills including creating documents and emails.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet store needs and drive sales.
• Assist Team Members with completing the work within the store.
• Ensure training and education, including ongoing compliance training.
• Act as leader on duty, responding to customer and team member concerns in the absence of the Store Manager, and opening/closing the store.
• Ensure all bookstore property and team members are safe and secure.
