S%C3%A9zane seeks a proactive Keyholder to lead the Georgetown, Washington, DC team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Based on the floor, you will guide daily activities, ensure brand image, and collaborate with managers to optimize store performance.

You will train staff, maintain merchandising standards, and drive a positive, collaborative environment while supporting omni-channel efforts and a flexible, agile approach.
