Job summary

Goodwill Manasota is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service and help maintain a positive donation site image. This role involves coordinating with leadership, opening/closing duties, and training across the Goodwill process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Partner with Leadership team to maintain a high quality donation site, overseeing image, service and donor counts.
• Opens and closes as required, reports absences, assigns duties, and manages operation functions as assigned.
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill process.

THE POSITION:

• Partner with Leadership team to maintain a high quality donation site to include:overall image, customer service, stewardship of donations, facility security, maintenance, integrity of donor counts, and customer service
• Opens and closes as required including reporting Team Member absence, assign duties as applicable and complete control of operation functions as assigned
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill process
