Goodwill Manasota is seeking a Donation Center Attendant Keyholder who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment. The role centers on delivering world-class customer service, maintaining a high-quality donation site, and supporting daily operations.

You will open/close as required, help lead a small team, and train to master all Goodwill processes. The position is full-time, with a schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends, and access to a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.

As a Donation Center Attendant Keyholder, you will:

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers
• Partner with Leadership team to maintain a high quality donation site to include:overall image, customer service, stewardship of donations, facility security, maintenance, integrity of donor counts, and customer service
• Opens and closes as required including reporting Team Member absence, assign duties as applicable and complete control of operation functions as assigned
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill process
