Job summary

Goodwill Manasota is seeking a dedicated Donation Center Attendant Keyholder in Ellenton, FL to join our team and help maintain a welcoming, organized donation site. You will provide world‑class customer service, support leadership, and oversee daily operations including opening/closing, assigning duties, reporting absences, and training staff on Goodwill processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• The ability to work independently
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to 40 pounds with no support regularly

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers
• Partner with Leadership team to maintain a high quality donation site to include: overall image, customer service, stewardship of donations, facility security, maintenance, integrity of donor counts, and customer service
• Opens and closes as required including reporting Team Member absence, assign duties as applicable and complete control of operation functions as assigned
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill process
