Job summary

Goodwill Manasota, Inc. seeks a proactive Keyholder ADC Trainer to join our Royal Palm Beach donation center. This full-time role emphasizes exceptional customer service, team leadership, and smooth daily operations.

You will open/close the site, supervise duties, train staff on processes, and partner with leadership to maintain a welcoming environment while protecting donations and our brand.

Qualifications

• The ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Partner with Leadership team to maintain a high quality donation site to include: overall image, customer service, stewardship of donations, facility security, maintenance, integrity of donor counts, and customer service.
• Opens and closes as required including reporting Team Member absence, assign duties as applicable and complete control of operation functions as assigned.
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill process.
