Goodwill Manasota is seeking a Donation Center Attendant Keyholder to join our team. You will support daily operations, provide world-class customer service, and help ensure a high quality donation site in collaboration with the Leadership team.

The role requires the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends, with a focus on independent work and adherence to Goodwill processes. Benefits include PTO, health coverage, and employee discounts.

As a Donation Center Attendant Keyholder, you will:

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers
• Partner with Leadership team to maintain a high quality donation site to include:overall image, customer service, stewardship of donations, facility security, maintenance, integrity of donor counts, and customer service
• Opens and closes as required including reporting Team Member absence, assign duties as applicable and complete control of operation functions as assigned
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill process

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• The ability to work independently
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation

THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
