Goodwill Manasota is seeking a full-time Donation Center Attendant Keyholder in West Palm Beach, FL. You will provide world-class customer service, help manage the donation site with leadership, and handle opening/closing duties and shift assignments to ensure smooth operations.

As a Donation Center Attendant Keyholder, you will:

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers
• Partner with Leadership team to maintain a high quality donation site to include: overall image, customer service, stewardship of donations, facility security, maintenance, integrity of donor counts, and customer service
• Opens and closes as required including reporting Team Member absence, assign duties as applicable and complete control of operation functions as assigned
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill process
