Job summary

Goodwill Manasota, Inc. is seeking a Donation Center Attendant Keyholder to deliver world class customer service while supporting donation operations at our Boca Raton location.

You will open/close shifts, supervise daily activities, train team members, and partner with leadership to maintain a welcoming, secure donation site and accurate donor counts. This full-time role offers growth through internal development and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• The ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Partner with Leadership team to maintain a high quality donation site: overall image, customer service, stewardship of donations, facility security and donor count integrity.
• Open and close as required including reporting Team Member absence, assigning duties, and controlling operation functions as applicable.
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill process.
