Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisor experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of all background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned category team and uphold company policies.
• Operate store as limited Manager On Duty with management team.
• Maintain store security and act as key-holder.
• Ensure high level of customer service and resolve complaints.
• Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
• Train and develop associates; cross-train for growth.
• Communicate with staff via daily briefings and meetings.
• Handle bank deposits and cash change orders.
• Procure café/grocery supplies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
