Torrid is hiring a Store Keyholder in Cookeville, TN. You will support the store management team to achieve KPIs and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. In this role you will lead by example in selling, customer service and maintaining an inviting store environment.

You must be flexible to work holidays, nights and weekends and be ready to step in as Manager on Duty when needed. Previous apparel retail leadership experience and passion for fashion will help you succeed

Formación

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience.
• Ability to lead teams to success and drive sales.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with management to meet KPI goals.
• Lead selling and customer service to build loyalty.
• Support merchandising strategies and maintain inviting store.
• Perform register functions to drive add-on sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is out.
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
