Job summary

Ocean Key Resort and Spa in Key West, FL, seeks a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead the Hot Tin Roof team and support Sunset Pier operations. The role centers on creating exceptional guest experiences, coaching staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations in a fast-paced luxury resort.

Ideal candidates will have a background in luxury hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to evenings, weekends, and holiday

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; or equivalent hospitality experience.
• 3+ years of progressive Food & Beverage experience, with supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong guest-service mindset and ability to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible leadership presence and engage with guests and team members.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and growth.
• Lead daily pre-shift huddles and manage service levels, events, and VIPs.
• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and consistent execution.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness of dining, bar, and service areas.
• Perform MOD responsibilities as scheduled.
• Ensure compliance with safety and alcohol service standards.
