The Keys Collection hotels in Key West seek an Events Services Manager to expertly plan, coordinate, and execute group events, meetings, conferences, weddings, and special occasions while liaising between clients and hotel departments from contract to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• 2-3 years of conference services, catering, event management, or group sales coordination experience.
• Resort or full-service hotel experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Delphi, Opera Cloud preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for clients after contracts are finalized by the Sales team.
• Develop and distribute detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), group resumes, and event specifications.
• Coordinate all aspects of meetings, conferences, weddings, social events, and group activities.
• Ensure all client requirements and expectations are clearly communicated and executed.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests throughout the planning process.
• Lead weekly and daily event meetings to communicate group requirements.
