Qualifications

• Valid driver"s license required before hire.
• Must complete a DOJ/FBI security risk assessment for employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the key shop staff and oversee daily operations.
• Schedule tasks and assign technicians to duties.
• Interact with customers and employees professionally to improve work efficiency.
• Translate requests into service orders and ensure proper assessment and allocation.
• Be available for after-hours work and emergencies as needed.
• Perform snow and ice removal and respond during nonbusiness hours.
• Maintain safety, manage equipment inventory, labeling, and maintenance planning.
