Qualifications

• High School/GED required or equivalent experience.
• Four years of related experience OR High School/GED plus two years of post-secondary education and two years related experience.
• Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.
• Experience with an IT service management platform and related operational data.
• Experience performing endpoint management and asset provisioning/disposal.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day Service Desk operations for assigned OSU Stillwater locations.
• Supervise staff, coordinate daily coverage, and manage workloads.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Information Technology teams to resolve requests.
• Review customer feedback and service metrics to propose improvements.
• Travel to campus locations and other university sites as needed.
