Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks a Key Lead to ensure an exceptional in-store experience for customers. As floor supervisor, you will coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, guiding store operations to run effectively while contributing to daily sales and brand culture.

You’ll perform opening/closing routines, run POS, fulfill OMNI channel orders, maintain product knowledge and displays, analyze reports, protect assets, and represent the brand on the sales floor.

Job description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
