Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure every customer enjoys a superior in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor you will coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, guide daily store operations and drive performance on the sales floor.

You’ll lead opening and closing routines, operate the register, fulfill OMNI channel orders, maintain compelling visual displays, analyze reports to inform decisions, protect store assets, and represent the brand and its values on the floor.

They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively.
