Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure every customer enjoys a quality in-store experience by acting as Floor Supervisor and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates.

You will help drive store performance on the sales floor through customer focus and teamwork. The role includes opening/closing routines, POS operation, Omni-Channel order fulfillment, product knowledge, and maintaining compelling visual displays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but leading groups is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, assertive.
• Take initiative, flexible, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
